Terms and Parking
Our usual arrival time is 3pm, but late arrival can be up to 11.30pm by prior arrangement. Departure time is 10am. Linen and towels are provided as well as courtesy packs of toiletries, dishwashing and laundry supplies, coffee, tea and biscuits.
Off-street car parking is available for one car per unit at the property, extra parking is available within 100 yards.
Internet and WiFi
We use high-speed BT Infinity fibre broadband, with wireless access provided via a separate access point for each apartment. Access passwords are supplied on arrival. In stress-testing, we have run six HD iPlayer streams simultaneously and still had bandwidth for full internet access on wireless devices. Wireless signal strength is above 50% in all rooms of the apartments.
We provide free access to a Netflix account for all our guests- please note that due to account limits we request that guests use only one screen per apartment for Netflix at a time. Please do not use the supplied internet access for hacking or any other illegal activity.
Self-Isolation and Covid-19
If you feel unwell before arriving to stay with us and are required to self-isolate, please contact us to cancel your booking for a full refund or arrange new dates. Please do not travel to the apartment if you already have symptoms.
If you have symptoms during your stay and feel well enough to return home, please do so and inform us. If you are required to self-isolate during your stay and cannot travel due to the driver's health or reliance on public transport, please be aware that any extra days will be charged at the standard rate. Subject to other bookings, we may have to move you to alternate accommodation.
